Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj ki jay!!!

Sri Gaura-Purnima here was wonderful!! We prepared a five-layered cake, with a heart-shaped cake covered in gold leaf on top, along with three candles and the writing '518'! We dressed up ten children as angels with wings. Many spent the day at the temple in the company of the visiting devotees and guests. A lot of devotees came, leaving behind work, family and other obligations, helping to create an incredible atmosphere.

We made a bunch of pizzas, samosas, lassi, and a many types of sweets. The water fountains were full of floating flowers, and we received the devotees with pomp according to the circumstance including kirttan, and garlands for each on arrival. Everyone was ecstatic as nightfall came, the stars and 108 torches illuminated the property, and to top it all off we held a half-hour fireworks extravaganza in front of the temple.

The temple was completely remodelled inside and out: painted, new curtains, gold leaf for the outside, new mural for the ceiling, and full of flowers. Everyone was very moved.
