A simple, fast chat facility for devotional service.
It requires no downloads or specific browser settings.

Sometimes the situation has arisen where we need to communicate directly with devotees and vice versa, but long distance phone calls can be very expensive. We have arranged this 'chat' page to fulfil this and similar needs.

We experimented with a full-fledged chat facility to see if it would be helpful in devotional service. Many thanks to those of you who assisted with this.
Acting on those results, we have converted to this current 'chat' version. This is a basic chat which takes place directly between those logged on at a particular time, and messages do not remain on the server.

When coordinating local times, note 6 a.m. here in India is 00:30 Universal Time, or GMT. For world times, please refer to the useful, straightforward chart at http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/
The nearest city to us, Calcutta, is now known as Kolkata and is listed by this new name in the time chart.

In service, devotees and sincere seekers are welcome to use this 'chat' facility between each other too.
